Looking back on 2023 it’s hard to pick a lane. For me, it was a year spent celebrating a newfound sense of freedom while mourning the freedom of so many around the world.

It’s a year that forced me to grow up more than any other, & as hard as that was & as privileged as I am to say so, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

In the wake of it all, it feels cathartic & all too hollow to reflect on the music that made 2023 for me. I’ve fallen more in love with it than I ever thought possible, & if for no reason other than to catalogue for my future self to see & hear, that love is (largely) all in one place.

Thank you to everyone that unknowingly contributed to this playlist at some point over the last twelve months, (now) you know who you are.
