A sweeping and evocative start to the show this week with the very recent re-release of the 2018 'Circuit Bloom' album by UK-based Dennis Huddleston (aka 36). The title track to the re-issue put out by Special Species Records highlights breezy pads and a soothing mood. From Norway, pianist Susanne Darre creates gentle compositions from a remote cabin where she records on an acoustic piano. The track 'Dare to Dream' is featured in this week's program which is taken from her 2024 release 'Fragile' via Fluttery Records. The program concludes with an absolutley gorgeous track entitled 'Soft Echoes' featuring the collaborative talents of Sylvia Blaser and Roots of Quiet. The combination of beautiful and mellow flute played by Blaser and the ambient tones of Roots of Quiet makes for a relaxing and fitting end to this week's edition of ambient hour.
