mur-siik is an artisan, writer, movement and sound artist based in Treaty 13 (Tkaronto) and inspired by years living across Kenya. Interested in sonic work melding grief, intimacy, and the belief that the echo geolocation practice of body and spirit are inheritances attendant to homemaking. Their work has been exhibited at 198 Contemporary Arts, Its OK Studios, Wildseed Centre and published in Down River Road Magazine, Jalada Africa, Burning House Press and Stedelijk Studies Journal.
