AL.Berlin is a vibrant hub for contemporary music and art, building community through live experiences. Since 2019, it has connected Berlin to the SWANA region and Global Majority. “AL” (آل) means “the” and “family” in Arabic, reflecting its inclusive ethos.

Its flagship event, AL.FESTIVAL, funded by MusicBoard Berlin and Initiative Musik, is Berlin’s leading SWANA music festival, featuring concerts, films, workshops, and political seminars.
